Best days -- Saturday November 15 and Sunday November 16. 5. Directions: follow the directions of police at all times. Their priority will be ensuring the safety of visitors and residents, so help them do their job. 6. Airport: avoid it, if possible, on Friday November 14 and pm Sunday November 16. This is when the majority of VIPs will be arriving and departing and it will be busy. * 7.
