RACQ winners T he winners of the 2008 RACQ and Sunday Mail Queensland Caravan and Camping Show competition were the Malone family, from Gatton, who are now the proud owners of a Paramount Duet Caravan, valued at more than $40,000. Also enjoying that winning feeling is 17-year-old Kurt Bornhutter, from Brisbane’s eastern suburbs, who has taken home a new Suzuki SX4 after winning the Learn2go Suzuki competition. The voice system identifi es if a member is calling from home by matching their phone number with the one recorded on their membership records and allows members to request road service using only the interactive system. Call from home trial a success T Their requests are then automatically dispatched to an RACQ patrol and, there is no need for the member to talk to an RACQ road service consultant, unless you wish to. The system is now available to all members across the state.
